The Effect of Using the Fixed and Variable Exercise Scheduling on Developing Some Basic Volleyball Skills

The research aims to: 1. Investigating the effect of using fixed and variable training methods in developing some basic volleyball skills. 2. Comparing skills post test. researcher used experimental approach to its suitability nature research, sample consisted (16) students, after students they were expelled from performance tests, thus, was divided into two groups equal number by (8) for each group.
